Sinus Infection, Tonsalitis, and Gout!

For the past 2 days I’ve had a Sinus Infection which turned into Tonsillitis, and now my damn ankle & Gout toe is acting like it wants to go for yet another attack on me! Feeling so beat up… like I went a few rounds with vintage Tyson, …and very grumpy too, damn this Gout!
