Gout? Fast food? YES!

We all like to eat out, right? Just use some common sense and you’ll be fine.  A good rule of thumb is to order “vegetarian” when you can (I know you don’t really want to), lots of places have meat alternatives today.  Salads work great, but be careful not to get the ones with beef or fried chicken!  Avoid anything fried or huge on meat portions and stay away from the huge sodas (hfcs), “Subway” seems to be ok because their meat is so thin its almost not there anyway.  Just a few tips to help avoid the Gout!    ;)

    I would not wish this on anyone, once that pain starts its enough to drive anyone absolutely mad.
